Due to the nature of our live products, we do not ship orders when the forecasted temperature at the destination during transit is expected to exceed 30°C (86°F).

The welfare and quality of our insects are our highest priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable for safe transportation, your order will be temporarily delayed and dispatched as soon as temperatures return to a safe range.

To ensure maximum freshness and product quality, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only.

  • Orders for private customers are shipped only within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
  • Orders for business customers can be shipped to all European countries.
