against aphids, sciarids, whitefly
HORIVER yellow sticky traps are useful tools in the monitoring of whitefly, aphids, fungus gnats and leaf miners. Those insects are attracted to the yellow colour and fly towards it. They stick to the trap after landing. Yellow sticky traps can be applied both indoors and outdoors. The sticky traps are available in three different sizes: small (25×10 cm, 10 traps), medium (25×20 cm, 20 traps) and large (25×40 cm, 12 traps). Private customers can order small sticky traps. All sizes are available for business customers.

What are HORIVER yellow sticky traps?
HORIVER yellow sticky traps contain yellow; double-sided sticky traps for the monitoring and trapping of flying insects; such as whitefly and fungus gnats. Attaching-strips are included.
How do HORIVER yellow sticky traps work?
Whiteflies; fungus gnats; winged aphids and leaf miners are attracted by the yellow colour of the sticky traps. They fly towards it and get stuck in the glue.
You can use the sticky traps to determine how many and which pests occur in the crop. The grid pattern on the traps facilitate counting of the trapped insects. If the number of trapped pest insects rapidly increases; it is time to take extra measures and release biological control agents. The sticky traps can also be used for the trapping of pest insects. Note that this will not be enough to completely control a pest population. Therefore we recommend the use of additional products against the pest in question. The blue variant of the HORIVER sticky traps is available to monitor thrips.
How to combine HORIVER yellow sticky traps
If fungus gnats are present; we recommend to treat the soil with ENTONEM; nematodes which kill the larvae of the fungus gnats.
There are several products available against aphids and whitefly. You can find these in the webshop.
