NATUPOL SMART is a small version of the bigger NATUPOL hives. NATUPOL SMART contains a small colony of bumblebees that can pollinate various crops. It is especially suitable for seed crops in isolation and crops that produce little pollen, such as beef tomatoes, melons and various seed crops.

What is NATUPOL SMART?Natupol Smart contains a single bumblebee hive (Bombus terrestris). This bumblebee colony consists of one queen; workers; brood and sugar water. Natupol Smart is especially suitable for seed crops in isolation and crops that produce little pollen; such as beef tomatoes; melons and various seed crops.How does NATUPOL SMART work?The workers feed the colony and queen by collecting nectar. During this process; the flowers are pollinated. The brood that is included in the NATUPOL SMART will develop over time into young workers who replace the old workers.

- Place the bumblebee hive on a horizontal surface.
- After placement, wait 15 minutes before opening the entrance to the nest box to allow the colony to settle.
- Do not move a hive to another area.
- Prevent that the bumblebees leave the greenhouse.
- Prevent ants from getting to the sugar water in the hive.
- Make sure the entrace of the hive is clearly visible.
