Fruit grower
All of us set high standards for the quality of our fruit. The fruits have to be undamaged and cannot contain chemical residues. That is quite the challenge for growers, who are confronted with numerous pest insects that harm the fruits. Fortunately, there are many naturally occurring insects that can be promoted to lend a hand to the grower. We can help fruit growers to promote these insects and supply them with products that are specifically selected for fruit cultivation. The predatory beetle EXOCHOMUS QUADRIPUSTULATUS for example, effectively controls woolly apple aphid in apple orchards. For berry plantations, we have the parasitoid COCCOPHAGUS SCUTELLARIS and the predatory beetle RHYZOBIUS LOPHANTHAE who control a range of soft scales and armoured scales.
