Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship our products within the Netherlands from Monday to Thursday. We ship abroad only from Monday to Thursday. Where possible, products containing living organisms are collected fresh from our own culture every day. Products that we do not produce ourselves are delivered daily from our supplier.

We ship orders from private customers with PostNL. The standard costs for this are € 4,50. As a customer you will receive a track & trace code to track the status of the delivery. Orders from business customers are always shipped by courier. Shipping costs for business deliveries depend on the weight and size of the package.

We package our products with great care. Given the nature of most products, it is important that they are not exposed to extremely high or low temperatures. Where necessary, we use insulating packaging. When extreme weather conditions occur, we may have to postpone the shipment of products.

Almost all our products can be shipped. The only exception to this are the bumblebee hives. These can only be collected by appointment at our work address.

Both private and business orders can be picked up on working days between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm. This is only possible by appointment. In case of private customers, payment in advance is required.

Returns

Most of our products have a limited lifespan, as they are living organisms. Returning these products is therefore not possible. The right of withdrawal as described in our general terms and conditions does not apply to these products. The sale is final after successful payment. If the delivery has been damaged during transport and has become unusable, you are entitled to a replacement delivery. If this is the case, it is best to contact us by email at post@entocare.nl as soon as possible.
